Good luck. Took me exactly 15 months! to do that, and when they eventually got round to it, not only did they cancel my ADSL and Telkom Internet package, but also my entire landline account. It took another 3 months for me to get the landline reconnected, and by then my old number (which I’d had for 15 years in 3 different houses) was no longer available. Complete shit show.
