I’m not opposed to the idea, but personally I have never had mince in mac and cheese ever. That technically makes it some kind of hybrid lasagna.

I’ll still eat it though.

if you want to put mince in there, make lasagne

also just to mention i have actually never eaten mac and cheese. so i am just fuelling the fire.

Literally just using cheese and macaroni would be bland as fck

how have you never had this? are you like gluten/dairy intolerant or something?

nope. just havent ever eaten it. never been in a situation where i had the opportunity

lasagne has a mince sauce… mac n cheese with mince does not have mince sauce. the mince is beautifully braised and spiced together with bacon and then mixed with the macaroni pasta and lots and lots of cheddar cheese

Goddamit will you stop making everything sound so delicious

that is very weird… was there no cheese where you grew up? Melted cheese just complements so many foods

Mac n Cheese with mince aint my favourite, i like it with maceroni, cheese, white suace, and if the bacon is done well, some bacon. I once had it with bacon that was too salty which is not nice.

He’s right. It’s called mac and cheese for a reason, not mac and mince and cheese!

If you add mince to Mac 'n Cheese it becomes Pastitsio/Pasticcio (effectively a completely different dish)
