Thank you everyone for your kind words! I managed to rescue some clothing and keepsakes and safely got her to our home. Now I can sleep without worrying about her for now.

Almost good afternoon!
So our viewing of a property was cancelled by the agent who couldnāt get hold of the tenants. So we decided to come down to Blue Peter hotel for a late breakfast. Ended up making it brunch and having their divine pizzas. The hotel is dead quiet, so we could let our boy crawl around in the carpeted lounge area until he got tired. So now weāre lazing on the couches, nibbling on the pizzas and staring at the beautiful ocean views.

Iāll have to keep the Blue Peter in mind if I ever go down to Cape Town. Just to keep the blue theme going.
Iāve had great pizza at the Blue Waters in Durban and also really liked the pizza at the Blue Marlin in Scottburgh.
Thanks @SIGSTART! We went and checked out all the stuff and sad to say it is all old, broken and pretty useless. We kept the keepsakes and will start my mom fresh with new things. I really appreciate the offer though!

Just finished watching the very last episode of big bang theory, was in tears. Not sure if it is the emotional overload from the last few days or the well crafted ending.

Yes, Intel has demonstrated quite a few times over the last 2 years that their CPU architecture is vulnerable to all kinds of problems. AMD is definitely going to get a bigger share of the market going forward.
