I do Typing, but its very difficult to become established and to find work. Currently I have one client and I get maybe R300 a month from him

I am so sick and tired of this crap, and it is this shit hole that is just making my fkn anxiety worse.
They complain that we are negative, but they just make the working enviroment worse and worseā¦ When I started, everyone had a great relationship with the boss and his son. Then the son took over and was never at the office, so we moved to his house. He is at the office even LESS than he was before.
The new office manager started and does not even sit in the same ROOM as the rest of us, she sits upstairs in her own office. She does not speak to anyone directly, ONLY through the 2 underlings. She does the office shopping and leaves it by the back door when she comes in, she cannot walk 5 steps to the kitchenā¦They complain that there is all of a sudden too much tea, coffee, milk and sugar being used. Where we used to get cake etc for a birthday, the 2 ladies that had birthdays last week were not even WISHED by ANYONE in the office besides a few of usā¦
No one wants to come to work anymore and if you say ANYTHING that even remotely SOUNDS like a complaint, you are told where the door is and that you can be replaced by tomorrowā¦

They then pulled me into a meeting and demoted me becuase I was failing to do my job properlyā¦

Generally, you can legally refuse to work more than 45 hours per week normal time and you can legally refuse to work more than 10 hours per week overtime and you can legally refuse to work more than 12 hours in any one day, consisting of nine hours normal time and three hours overtime.

I got told that I let the team down becuase the systems were not working for 2 days and I had to go to the Dr to get a new script. I would have gone on a Saturday, but my Dr is not in on a Saturday.
Like we were told yesterday that we all of a sudden need to work this weekend, I am already in the bad books becuase I told them I have a previous engagement and cannot come in. I am not dedicated enough to the company it seemsā¦
No, like literally go to your HR, give them a huge middle finger and unless they can provide a valid legal reason (in writing) why they have an emergency that requires you to come in on a Saturday (in excess of your normal work week hours) they can get screwed. In fact, pray that they retaliate when you do this.
They have all of a sudden got this idea that people who get salaries are going to come and apply for loansā¦
We mainly loan to SASSA people, yesā¦ We do SASSA loansā¦ That is already enough to make me lose my shit, but anywayā¦
We are sitting here with NO applications and get told we are not being productiveā¦
I just refuse, I am not giving anything extra to this company anymore, all we get is broken promises and we are the ones putting in the work.
