Just a case of dealing with idiots. Especially call center people who refuses to listen, and I as a rule don’t shout at them unless they are an idiot. I made someone cry - she asked my phone number, I gave it to her 6 times and she kept writing it as 082 instead of 072 - I lost it then, and demanded a supervisor who can understand english

Both are good thanks. The woof is finally out of cage rest and is looking so much happier which is great. I wonder how long he has been in pain without us knowing. He is still going for physio and he doesn’t go up the stairs or anything.
