AFAIK the launch time is global. It launches 00:00 Polish time on 10 December, which means 01:00 on the same day for us.
In some countries it will still be the 9th when the game goes live.

I’m also not hyped, but completely clueless as to people who “lost the game”.
I’m considering ordering it though. I’ve got some free time in December for old time sake and having a game to kill the time sounds like a plan.

For PC and Stadia players, the release is simultaneous and scheduled for midnight GMT, and for all console players – midnight local time.

I’m not “hyped” because I haven’t been watching gameplay and previews so I didn’t hype myself up. I am excited to be getting my hands on the game, but I’m not losing any sleep or going crazy or anything.
I’m sure all that will change when I start playing but for now I’ve got it under control.
