How do you know it is time to move on to another online game?

Just interested to see what measurement people use to decide that they have had enough of an online game to look for greener pastures.

Personally, when I get to 9pm at night and I just want to fall asleep while playing my current online game, that is when I know its time to move on. That is currently happening to me and Warframe, it is just not keeping me excited to play anymore and it is time to part ways.

I think it’s one of the main reasons why I don’t play online games. I prefer games that have an ending. Also prefer single player games really.

I’m going to start Elite Dangerous soon and I have no idea when to call it quits.

It depends, warframe, I stopped just because I had done 500/600 hours in. D3 - I cant open, Im beyond bored with it. What puts me off the next big thing is everyone is jumping from game to game and they just dont stick with one an play it properly. Im back in GW2, but just doing the story quests.

I base my boredom on a game on what i watch whilst gaming, or if I am invested or causing trouble.

Yeah, did 890 hours in WF, will give it a go again when there is something new to do. Not quite sure what to play next. Probably play through some backlog of single player games.

I move on when Im bored. I get bored pretty quick too which sucks.
Even when I have friends in game or still amped on a certain game, I just get sick of the same damn picturesin my eyes night after night.

I come back but mostly months or years later.

This is why I play a multiplayer once or twice a week, the rest of the time I rather play single player games that has a clear end

^ What he said.

I still wanted to get into that properly, but I got so duermekaar with it.

hahaha but how??!

I just ignore the people yelling you need the legendary items and o my own thing - fuckem :stuck_out_tongue:

I remember you taking me through it - I think my (at that stage) RPG/MMO handicapped brain couldn’t handle with all the shit that was going on. It was a lot to digest at that point. I do remember I enjoyed it for the most part though.

heheheh I still love the game, I jsut concentrate on the things I like doing
