aliexpress, their seller ratings gets reduced if they dont want to ship to a certain country so now they found a loophole to make the shipping price something ridiculous and get you not to try and purchase the item. too many packages go missing or take months to arrive and then people request refunds and the package arrives like 6 months later, so they lose out and that lead to this

Semantics really. UX is a very broad scope with people that need to wear many hats or play many roles to facilitate the need. Yes, you get more specialised roles but there is also a lot of overlap of skills.
