One thing is for certain that we all can agree on:
If you have a budget of R10k, and you want a new PC, your options for the most balanced price versus performance will lead you to AMD Ryzen CPU’s and the GeForce 1050. If you get the Ryzen 3, you can get a 1050TI, and if you go with the Ryzen 5, you can only get the 1050. I think that is some top-notch consumer advice!
Unfortunate that the RAM prices are so high at the moment. You are basically paying double what you would have not even 2 years ago! If RAM was cheaper we could have put another few hundred somewhere else.
Ja evetech has some nice specials sometimes, however you have to pit the price up against what will happen if it breaks…cause their customer service is apparently terrible( i cant say it is as i have never had to return anything to them)
The other problem is that this is only hardware, if its a new pc you are going to have to fork out cash for windows as well unless you run Linux or steamos.
You can get cheap windows keys of of various key re-sellers don’t know how legit they are but saw a Youtube video a while ago about it.
ya the 2400G looks pretty impressive in the reviews I have seen for gaming , but its only going to really get you going on specific games at low to mid performance , still impressive though its going to be interesting when they use it for media players etc
