I don’t seem to be able to change it, or at least don’t know how to change it.
Just a suggestion: Why not have a separate pool of folks who’d like to be part of it, but can’t afford to gift themselves? Then also ask for volunteers to gift to those people and also randomly select their target. Almost like a paying it forward secret santa?
