You need to change your DNS and join the Hive server, then manually input your specified IP and add it to the server list. This works as that is how I play it.
Alternatively make use of the Phantom program as previously mentioned which I have got working as yet.
The ā/spawnā command now works, which takes you to the world spawn. This comes in handy if you need to trade with someone far away since you can both meet at spawn easily. Once your trade is done, simply type ā/backā and you will return to where you departed from.
Ability to have 3 homes using '/sethome ā is working now. You can also do '/delhome ā if you need to clear some up. Of course, '/home ā is the command to go to your saved coords.
Start building thereā¦ Hopefully people will see you before they start buildingā¦ Weāre supposed to spread out by 500m.
But try and stay in your āsectionā. Donāt just go grabbing a bunch of 64 block areas alllll over the map.
If you want to claim a village or something, make sure to make it obvious. Loot at villages is fair game, but villagers can be treated like slaves or peasants. cough
I better go mark my villages.
Also, terracotta seems to catch fire from lavaā¦ Iām afraid
When caving, especially in the lower depths of deepslate territory, chip away a block or two deep along the walls at random spots. The world generation actually looks to see if a block is touching air, and if it is, lowers the chances of diamonds spawning.
I was running around caves around Y -35 to -60 chipping away at corners, stripping a layer or two of deepslate off the corridors, etc. After a couple hours, I came out with over half a chest of deepslate and 37 diamond ore!!
Iāll be doing some maintenance during the day today. If anyone is planning on playing just drop me a note here and Iāll make sure I donāt leave it offline for too long
haha you arenāt alone. Iāve played a lot over the years and still have so much to learn. Redstone for example is an amazing thing that I am amazed at but have no idea how it works.
