Starship is big! I’ve walked the Saturn V at Cape Canaveral and was awed by its size. Starship is a monster.

So close. Held at T- 00:00:40 seconds. Launch attempt scrubbed due to a booster pressurization issue. “We’ll use today as a wet test.”
Minimum of 48 hours to reset and try again, weather permitting.

It was indeed. It was an attempt by the old Nat government to try and get some sort of communications satellite into low earth orbit in the midst of global sanctions. Wasn’t a very successful effort.

Nah, it was just based on the Israeli Shavit series of rockets. “Shavit” is the Hebrew word for “comet”. We named ours really creatively by contrast: the RSA-3. :roll_eyes:

Oh, that is far less exciting. I would love our rockets to be called Shoveit, or Voetsek, or Bliksem…
