Was hovering my itchy finger over the Add to Cart button for 2K23 which is on 55% off sale on Fanatical at the moment. (They have a bunch of 2K published games on sale for the week.)
R485 is more like what it should actually be costing us, and not the R1000 full price with no regional pricing that 2K have it listed for. Seeing the reviews for it on Steam though is making me hesitate.
Think Iām going to hold off to see what EA PGA Tour looks like next month. The deals there for the next 8 days or so, if anyone else wants to keep their 2K collection complete though - R485 is the cheapest itās been since release.

Thatās the one yes. The controls are quite intuitive once you get into it. Itās great for wasting a couple of minutes if you donāt want to play a serious game.

Dont buy 2K23! I have only heard bad things. Its a good golf game, but if you have 2K21 there is absolutely no reason to get 2K23.
I will be waiting for EAās latest attempt and just be playing some more 2K21.

I need to get back into 2K21 againā¦ I loved my time in the game and completed the PGA tour successfully. Also played some online matches with randoms where I finished in the top 3 consistently. I havenāt touched the game in almost 2 years now.

The Steam cloud save and 2K account saves your handicap and XP, but NOT the money you make nor the unlocks you collectedā¦ DUMB.

I know there was a lot of hesitance to get 2k23, but who bit the bullet and got a copy? Would be nice to kick back and do some multiplayer

Steam Golfers may want to consider grabbing the Standard Edition in the next day and a half while itās on 67% discount sale.
Or even better if you have the means and donāt have to use Steam Wallet creditā¦ Green Man Gaming also currently have it on sale (although they donāt tell you for how long) at an even steeper discount of 72% off = R283.52. They also have the Deluxe Edition on sale (unlike on Steam) for -78% = R326.59, a little less than the Standard Edition on discount on Steam.

We have been trying to see when 2K21 goes on sale because we want another mate to join us, but its over R1000! Then they keep discounting the newer game which nobody has yetā¦
And 2K23 is cross-play enabled!!!

So I did a thingā¦
I made my own golf course!
I thought before I spend too much time on decorating I would rather get some feedback on what you guys think.
The course is a par 75 18 hole course just over 7km long. Thats pretty longā¦ The feature hole 18 is a par 6 that needs a trio of perfect 3W shots to reach the green, and an eagle might then be on the cards as this is the biggest green on the course.
Please give this a crack and let me know what you think. Holes 1-5 are pretty much complete, with everything decorated from the WHITE tees. The rest of the course the holes are done but need some of the decoration elements. If there is a tree in your way though, it is meant to be there.
Play a round, let me know where you think I can improve. And if you want a guided caddy I can even play a round with you.

That looks like a fun course! Is it possible to export the course creator file somehow? And if so, can you share it on a Google Drive or some such? Want to see if it can be imported into 2k23.
I took advantage of that GMG special, but havenāt installed anything yet. If the course creator thing doesnāt work that way, Iāll install 2k21 and have a moer en soek on there

It is indeed possible to import courses to the new game, but I think I will need to upgrade it on my sideā¦ One day.

Final release and slight name change of my first course! Currently only on PGA Tour 2K21, but one day it will be on 2K23 as well
