Its stiffening up after that bouncefit class - still the weirdest thing was how my feet felt like they were burning after 5 mins on the trampoline. I got to do it in slowmo so as not to fall off.
It was good fun tho, will be doing it weekly. My dietitian asked that I start slow with the exercise, no more than 20 - 30mins every 2 days, untill I have shed at least 10kgs, just to get my body going again. We are first waking up my metabolism and insulin production.
So on good days, when I don’t have stuff to do I go for a nice walk during lunch as well. I have a forest of Poplar trees next to my office. And yes it is safe - there are at least 15 other people walking during lunch.
But yea even getting up and walking around the office block once an hour to prevent my stiffness, its not helping!

I suspect that is it yes.
I know the bouncefit is considered HIIT exercises which I am not used to at all. But for us old ballies, the bouncing is perfect because it is full body on and off the trampoline as well as great cardio and stretching but it is gentle on the knees

G’mornin’ y’all. Looks like I’m going to be crazy busy for awhile. It turns out exposing incompetence, con-artists and scammers is a full-time job.
We had a similar issue in our complex. I think it took three years to sort out. This year we got a massive windfall in levy collections when a unit owing hundreds of thousands (of rands) got sold.

@SIGSTART! I met Syd’s twin last night, a lovely just about 2 year old also rescue, named Tjomma, they look very similar just Tjomma’s ears are floppy

ja our managing agent wants to solve all our problems in one go but its financially not feasible to increase ppl’s levies by that much instantly…it will need to be done gradually.
Our biggest debtor is a deceased estate, its been 3 years… we also have a 2nd deceased estate which owes but not as much.
the ppl still living in the complex who owe are a problem…they need to either pay their levies or move to somewhere they can afford to pay.

Tjomma was to cute! They just laughed cos in a house full of people (who he didnt know and he was feeling overwhelmed) he came and sat next to me to scritches and cuddles and I got kisses in return, apparently, that was a first.
