HR would do this if they are doing checkups to see who is sure of what their job description is as well as if you are doing more or less than what you are supposed to do. If what you say and what they have on file differs vastly, its a way to ensure that you are actually doing whats supposed to be done, and if you are carrying more on your plate, then they can adjust the description if needs be and salary if needs be. It also is a way to point out gaps in training and onboarding

im so annoyed today…this one person in the complex has taken the Body Corporate to CSOS because she wants a tree removed, which she was going to pay for herself to remove and then she decided she wasnt going to do that. now she wants the BC to do it and the BC cannot afford to spend money on removing a tree right now, especially one that is not damaging any buildings or drains or one that literally blooms once a year for 2 months whereafter it is green all year round…
She want the tree removed because when it blooms it drops alot of flowers(its a jacaranda) and she doesnt want to sweep her balcony everyday or deal with butterflies in her house

Nima wag dat sy BC betaal vir 2 bome wat hulle moet afsny.
In his case they need to remove them because they are damaging property and threatening cars now as well, the trees are well over 20m, and the branches are dying now, 1 already fell on Nima’s one rooftop, where it broke the skylight.

this tree’s only fault is that it drops flowers, its also huge and has been trimmed. this lady thought it can be cut down for under R5k.

jip she actually doesnt care how it gets done as long as there is no tree. her 1 solution is for it to be cut down to a stump, leaving said stump in this units garden will be an eyesore for that unit and they will not be able to plant something there again.

Get some shade netting and make “curtains” for her balcony. That’ll keep the flowers off.

if only it was that easy…Her balcony is basically the entire part of her roof. its like a giant roof patio. and as you can see form google maps it creats nice shade for her main bedroom

So se ek ook. maar nou ja dit gaan nou vir conciliation want CSOS het nie aanvaar dat daar nie geld is op die boom uit te haal nie. so nou sal ons sien, want conciliation gaan obviously nie werk nie. So ek weet nie, plus sy betaal nie ieers haar levies currently nie.

al van einde januarie af betaal sy nie meer nie…maar ons kani net levy geld gebruik om a boom uit te haal nie. die budget vir die jaar is klaar approve en kani R20k net vat om a boom uit te laat haal nie, never mind die legal costs om haar arrear levies te recover…

Maar presies, sy het fokol se oor waarna die budget toe gaan as sy nie betaal nie.
En soos Nima se mense gese het hulle haan die werk laat doen, sodra hulle die geld bymekaar kry - syne is nader aan R50k if not more - thanks to the size of the 2 trees.

R20k is om net af te sny endie stomp te los, dis amper R30k om heeltemal te verwyder… plus dit gaan fibre netwerk issue cause want die fibre lyne hardloop langs die boom verby etc etc etc.
