So we have this one unit who every week has an excuse on what they cannot pick up their dog poop…oue Conduct rules clearly state owners have to keep their gardens clean otherwise garden services will not cut their grass.
I like don’t know how to respond to them in a nice way anymore

Tell them straight, they will not be serviced if they cannot pick up the doggy mess. It is stated clearly in the rules.
Even our garden service will not mow if there is dog poop.

I am so annoyed, if I dont respond she goes and plays trustee ping pong. The gardeners said they would pick it up if she pays them r200 a month but hse said that is too much for just picking up some dog poop.
They 3 dogs who poop like there is no tomorrow.
Garden services come on the same day every week so it’s not like they are surprised by ppl pitching to cut grass randomly…
