Starting tomorrow morning and 2x a day for 10 days in prep for my op I have to take this bad boy by pinching my stomach skin and putting in there:

Done it before, so know it is very uncomfortable. My thoughts go out to diabetics who have to contend with worse every day for their whole lives.
