Yeah, a few radio stations in South Africa have switched to using Telegram because it would cost them money to keep using WhatsApp. This happened two years ago or so, IIRC.

Your boot drive is broken. Try getting into BIOS settings and see if the drive is even being seen at all.

I found the issue, dodgy sata cable - so replaced that and it is all well again.

make sure its booting off the correct drive you could have a flash drive plugged in and the system is trying to boot off that and not the system drive

Well has been fun 
Our power has been out for over 8 hours now. There was a broader fault in quite a few areas but lucky us are the ones still to be restored. We’ve had a few flickers of power in the last half hour but it seems they can’t get it to stay on…
