I got cheap ones at Mr Price Sport many years ago and they are finally starting to not look so great anymore but they lasted a long time.

I was actually contemplating this “One Punch Challenge” and work up to 100 push-ups, 100 squats, 100 sit-ups and 10km run. (Might try running in my hiking shoes and baggies).

I did have 100 pushups and 100 squats in mind. The situps and running not so much.

I’ve also been doing the 5 Tibetan Rites since I read Breathe and followed a reference to another book. I’m that sort of person to try things.
