Morning all.
It’s gonna be a long ass day. Only got in maybe three hours sleep as Samuel is not doing well. Was crying all night with a fever and vomiting, will see how today goes.

They have! He is the lucky winner of H1N1 (swine flu, first recorded case at the hospital this year) with a nice complement of BACM (benign acute childhood myositis). My suspicion of BACM is at least correct… Didn’t think he has swine flu. He’s doing better in the flu department, but still can’t walk on flat feet - only gets up on his tip toes.

I don’t even know what BACM is, and not even sure how someone contracts H1N1. All the best mate, will keep him and the family in thoughts and prayers. Hoping for a speedy recovery.

Fever is still present but no longer >38℃.
Just got back from the pharmacy to get some meds and Nurofen. It’s gonna be a hard month coming up as a result 'cos damnit meds are expensive.

@beo same for your boy, hope he feels better soon too. Medication is insanely expensive! my new medical aid hardly pays for medication where as the previous one at least had some contribution for it!

Im recovering from thisflu thats going around. Its awkward being at work coughing people think its covid. But its not.
Got work in an hour. Really dont feel like it. Its change over today got to change deals and labels.
I have next week off im hoping my pc comes by then.
