Aaah, now it makes sense why @Avatar has the badge
What is your guys’ prediction for the weekend? I think Norris will be on the podium and win the Drivers’ champs.
Agreed. Things will have to go catastrophically wrong for Norris for him not to be crown WDC. I suppose there is always a chance of something really bad happening, but McLaren are you to be double and triple checking everything for him all weekend.
I’m a firm believer in the power of the bottle. Max will pull of a miracle and cement his name as GOAT.
I really want Max and Lando to DNF each other so that Oscar can win the WDC.

Yay! Lando!

next year is our year ![]()
I held the faith for Liverpool and it came true eventually - even if it currently is kak again. And the same applies to Ferrari - “next year is our year” has an even chance of actually working this time around with all the new regulations and changes. ![]()
It almost worked with the 2022 regulation changes. But then they pressed CTRL+Z
Hot take - Senna was overrated. I know he is held in some devine stature, and he is gone too soon. But was he really THAT good?

- He was essentially robbed of a WDC, after being taken out by Prost. This means he would’ve taken his 4th long before anyone else got 4.
- He was driving against the whole FIA, thanks to the French President showing clear favouritism.
- He was as brilliant off the track as in, helping ensure some of his money gets used for good in the impoverished Brazil.
- He served as inspiration. Brazil back then was much, much worse off than it is even now, with wealth inequality and corruption that would put South Africa and Zuma to shame. But to millions and millions of Brazilians he was a sole example of hope. A sign that with hard work and determination and a fighting spirit you could make something of yourself, in spite of their country’s best efforts. No other driver has ever gotten 3 days of mourning or celebration, and I doubt any ever will.
Oh hell no you didnt…
Im not even gonna take you on about it.
- He and Sid Watkins revolutionised the F1 safety regulations, yes they had loads of help but it started with them.
- He is the GOAT, for me there is still no one who makes me feel the way he did when he raced, Seb and Kimi came close, Lando to a degree, but no one has ever given me goosebumps the way Senna did
Just sad they didnt use sparkles or much of williams
Also the best wet driver ever in f1, drivers today still cant do what he did back then and he didnt have any driver aids like they have now, and they still changed gears manually no paddle shifting so one hand on a steering at high speed in wet weather was on another level and cars were hella unsafe compared to now, f1 cars were much harder to drive compared to these days so direct comparisons with modern drivers say someone like max wont be fair since max, lewis etc has a much easier car to drive these days
To all the Senna fans: I was just stirring
He was OK I guess… ![]()
