The Official TV & TV Series Thread

For those of you who have Amazon Prime Video. Is Australian Survivor on there and if so, which seasons? Dstv removed season 7 before we were finished with it.

That was quick, the final episode only aired recently. My wife is a Survivor fan so I would know :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

We also like it. It’s now two seasons in a row where we were still busy watching it and then it gets taken off.

I may just pirate it if possible. Stupid Dstv Now.

Only up to Season 6…

…but even then, not available in South Africa. Wants me to register for a separate Paramount+ subscription, but that’s only available in the US.

It is Sci - Fi, there is shooting and aliens, I am watching it even though I have never played any Halo games.

This is the way. (…so to speak)

The Endgame

Not a The Blacklist retool with a female lead, we promise! (Don’t even care if it is. Love me some Morena “Firefly” Baccarin!)

Vikings: Valhalla

Official Trailer

Set over a thousand years ago in the early 11th century, VIKINGS: VALHALLA chronicles the heroic adventures of some of the most famous Vikings who ever lived — the legendary explorer Leif Eriksson (Sam Corlett), his fiery and headstrong sister Freydis Eriksdotter (Frida Gustavsson), and the ambitious Nordic prince Harald Sigurdsson (Leo Suter). As tensions between the Vikings and the English royals reach a bloody breaking point and as the Vikings themselves clash over their conflicting Christian and pagan beliefs, these three Vikings begin an epic journey that will take them across oceans and through battlefields, from Kattegat to England and beyond, as they fight for survival and glory.

Vikings: Valhalla premiers 25 February on Netflix.

This is looking really good to me. 24 episodes have been ordered. First season will be 8 episodes and the second season filming has already been completed. Assuming it’s 8 episodes as well, that’s at least 3 seasons for us to look forward to.

Space Force (Season 2)

The people tasked with creating a sixth branch of the armed services: The Space Force. Not even gravity can keep them down.

Stars Steve Carell, John Malkovich, Ben Schwartz, Diana Silvers, Jimmy O. Yang, Tawny Newsome, with Lisa Kudrow and Patton Oswald.

Streams on Netflix from 18 February.

Trivia: Netflix trademarked the name “Space Force” during production of Season 1 in early 2019. In December 2019, President Trump renamed the existing “Air Force Space Command” branch to simply “Space Force”, and wanted to trademark the name, but found it couldn’t because Netflix had done so first.
