Hmmm… Seems quite tempting for Forza Horizon 4. Realistically I won’t get around to it, as I’m still stuck on Destiny 2. My wife bought me the annual pass for my birthday, so I’ll probably be playing that until September 2019!
Nice! I missed the last R5 special so I’ll definitely grab it this time

XBox Year in Review is out. But of course us South Africans only get the Community stats because we are worthless ants.
Apparently the overseas people even got emails where if you click on trees or something then you get a voucher. Nothing for us of course.
Makes me feel bitter.
Probably the last two (+1) additions to the Xbox Game Pass library for this year, available now, even though they aren’t yet listed in the Recently Added lists on the app:
Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition
And then the surprise addition of the Complete Season 1 of Life Is Strange (only Episode 1 was available recently)
The first list of Games With Gold for 2019 is actually looking good:
Xbox One
- Celeste (January 1st - 31st)
- WRC 6 FIA World Rally Championship (January 16th - February 15th)
Xbox 360
- Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light (January 1st - 15th)
- Far Cry 2 (January 16th - 31st)
January additions to XBox Game Pass announced:
• Life is Strange Complete Season (Episodes 1-5) (December 20)
• Life is Strange: Before the Storm (Episodes 1-3) (December 27)
• Life is Strange 2: Part 1 (January 3)*
• Ark: Survival Evolved (January 3)
• Farming Simulator 17 (January 3)
• Absolver (January 7)
• Just Cause 3 (January 10)
• Aftercharge (January 10)
*MS confirmed that episodes 2-5 will be coming to Xbox Games Pass in the future.
More info on all the games here: https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2019/01/02/xbox-game-pass-january-2019/
Some of the most recent additions to the Xbox Games Pass library:
Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (January 10)
We Happy Few (January 17) – Xbox One X Enhanced
The LEGO Movie Videogame (January 17)
Coming Soon:
Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor (January 24)
Saints Row: The Third (January 24)
Hmm… wonder if this is worthwhile.
Wasn’t it one of the first LEGO games? 2013 release or so? Possibly a bit dated now maybe. It’s still rated pretty highly on Steam, but not so much on MetaCritic.
If you’re on Game Pass, why not? As a stand-alone buy, probably not.
Yeah I am, so I might do so just as a playaround game with my son.
Just wasted far too much time floating around the True Achievements site for no obvious reason, so to justify the time, here’s 3 useful lists for XBoxers to bookmark (or just bookmark the thread here I guess). These lists are especially useful for those with XBox Game Pass and for those looking for something to play on their Win10 PCs.

Full List of Xbox Play Anywhere Games

And then a TA Forum list post that picks out the Game Pass titles that are also Play Anywhere enabled:
List of Game Pass games with Play Anywhere

All three lists look like they are regularly updated.
