It’s another brand that was popular in ZA in olden days, the nineteen hundreds.

Company called Post Foods, the box of things called Toasties, shortened Post Toasties.

Im feeling a bit more human now, but I have learnt to take a lot of breaks from my pc

New multifocal glasses are taking longer to get used to - over the weekend it was fine because I wasnt infront of the pc all day

yesterday I had so much work I left my pc for loo breaks and coffee only
