For the last few weeks, GTA has been crashing at random times. The game is effectively a previous-gen port with an HD texture pack slapped on top.
I’m playing RAGE 2 on my PC. The game isn’t even supposed to run on a dual core CPU. It. Does. Not. Crash.
I’m playing Control. It tanks my PC HARD at times! It. Does. Not. Crash.
I’m playing fucking PUBGesus - notoriously poorly-optimised. It. Does. Not. Crash.

Just a simple BIOS update - the worst that could go wrong is that the laptop gets bricked and you have to buy a new one
