Have had this discussion with so many people.
MOST mining cards are in a better condition than gaming cards.
Most games overclock their cards, and clean them once every third year.
Miners underclock the cards, most of the time in very cold, clean air conditioned rooms and cleaned at least once a month.
As long as the bios has not been fiddled with then it is not a problem
