sooo my epic account was created in 2015 with my old telkom email address, it was one of the accounts that slipped through the crack where i forgot to update the email address. on saturday i tried to log into the account and i was hit with a 2factor authentication that was sent to the email address which i dont have access to anymore. Thanks Murphy

luckily i was assisted by a nice guy called GIO (after i had to prove that i am really who i claim to be) and the account got linked to my current email address Yaay
