Just the tires are 1.2k each, the shocks same so that is easily 5k
2 new headlights, wipers full oil change and filter replacement
they fixed my aircon and regassed it and buffed the lights with no charge.
And the bonus is according to them I wont need another big service like that for at least 2 or 3 years if I dont get in an accident

I wish, but the fiesta is low profile so I am stuck with what I can get 
So the tires are about 999 per tire plus vat

You don’t have to put low profiles on though… Unless your car is also lowered. Also doesn’t Dunlop do a low profile tyre? I buy Dunlop tyres cause they are cheaper than most other brands (also my car came out with Dunlop tyres so I will continue with them)

I also prefer Dunlop, they’re a harder compund as well which helps for mileage.

What a lovely start to the day - the loadshedding broke the office alarm, we had to remove the battery to stop it from shouting at us
As for the tires, I grab Falken because thus far they have given me good mileage and no issues. I rather pay a little more these days since it lasts me a little longer. I could have done all 4 tires into normal profile but then it needed to be all four and not just 2 tires.

Also totally weird question -
I am looking at getting a headboard like this from Decofurn. I have a base and mattress but no headboard and I am not sure how to attach it to the base I have.

when it comes to tyres you could have also fitted sumitomo’s they are cheaper than dunlops and falcons and the funny part is they are all made in the same factory using the same compounds just the molds are different, Falken’s used to be imported but lately all falken tyres in circulation are locally manufactured by SRi

The place I use fit the Falkens, I don’t mind, I manage tires for a good while.
For me the most important thing is the car is good to go for the forseeable future. I don’t want to buy a new (Second hand) car any time soon.

Problem is the fact that the base is against a window - hence the need for the headboard 
I cant rearrange my room, there is one layout that works and that is it unfortunately

Is there any wall below the window? If there is maybe the headboard could be attached to the wall rather than to the bed? Couple of these on each side in that slot at the bottom of the “legs” with some oversized washers could work.
