I finally got my exam result - 45% in the exam and 90% year mark = 50% PASS!

Does anyone know what I have to do next? They are so not clear with what comes next.

I just printed my subjects that I completed - I have done 30 which are worth 12 credits each = 360 which as I understand is what I need.
