what a day yesterday - survived a busy shift at work with minimal runs to the loo
got home fell asleep, was woken up to go to a family braai, spent the first hour there in a bathroom
finally got to go lay down in their spare room, fell asleep. Was awoken at 10:30 pm to go home, after my mum fell down the stairs (thankfully just 2 steps and from her movement today and no discoloration just a little swelling on her ankle hopefully means nothing broken - she is seeing her doc on thursday.
Today woke up feeling more human, still a bit naar, but more human. might even be brave and attempt a bit of soup and toast later.

At this point I am trying to bake chicken liver dog cookies, not a good idea when you feel like you will throw up - fortunately nothing in tummy so at least that is slowing down
