Did you use yellow banana’s? it seems that way. if you let it blacken and squish it with a fork the texture will also be better. Also it seems your oven was a bit hot.
But to add to that it does look good!
ja yellow bananas that were nice and over ripe and they were definitely squished enough cause i beat them in with the eggs and sugar.
Ja my oven does get quite hot recipe said cook at 180 and mine was at 175, but i think the cook time was more of an issue. recipe said 1 hour but i think at 50min it would have been better.

I spend 2-3 hours in traffic each day currently and have been doing so for 8 months. We’re moving closer to my client next month. Then it’ll be a 9min trip.
