It’s gonna take you months to sort that shit out… Mine is still not sorted… I still dont know if they reversed the payment to the Dr and I still have not had a revised inv from the Dr… Calling the call centre is also useless, but if you do call them give the call a bad rating the agility the managing company will call you. You may gave some luck then.
And sldo this corona shit is not gonna help cause its a mess there. Also putt your complaint in writing eventhough they never respond so you have a proper time line.

There are a total of about 50 people in my town. We rarely see anyone anyway, so this isolation is pretty much normal.

I will drive to them and go sit in their offices until they fix it. Will walk through their offices until they call security if I need to.

11 years ago I applied for ADSL. Still don’t have it and never will. There is a local dude who puts up radio towers between here and the closest town with ADSL. I pay him as an ISP and get my internet ;-P. I get 3-5mpbs depending on how bad the weather is 
Takealot gets here next day sometimes, so its not bad at all.

I looked at some properties in the areas around there.
Ideal scenario is to get a programming job where I can work from home and then move to there and get away from everything. Hell, I’m so invaluable at my current job I may just convince them to let me go stay there. It would be a gamble though.
Also it will be difficult to convince the wife.

The internet is bad but hell, I struggle with internet here in Joburg so it’s not that big a change.

@SIGSTART: Shopping went well. Walked into Woolworths as they opened, which I think was a good strategy as when I walked out there was a queue out into the parking lot as they had started the whole one out, one in system I think. I went to the pick n pay after and had to stand in the one in one out line and we were all standing with about 2 metres between all of us then this guy comes and stands right up behind me. He was an older gent laden in facemask and gloves and all, but he stands right on me almost. I could hear he had a facemask before I turned around, imagine Bane breathing behind you. I asked him if he could stand a bit back please and he was was like “yes yes very good, very good. Well done”. Uhh, he was the one dripping in PPE 
But hey, it makes for a good story.

Nope, there is a great school 22km away, my wife works there. I used to teach there 20 years ago.
