I’m busy investigating problems with VPNs on several South Africa ISPs. Do you know what protocol that VPN is using? Which ISP are you on?

my vpn works flawlessly, it is pricey but i got a lifetime membership on special a few years ago and it works

I can send you the details. Its just a temporary fix so I can hots. https://www.sadomain.co.za/ is the company I used, they charge 90 for a month. The others where a bit expensive.
I’m with cool ideas, we have a decent connection for the most part I am happy with them but thanks tothe cable break some things just are not happy

Vumatel “have taken a phased approach” to their loudly publicised speed upgrades.
Not complaining, it is a fantastic free offer from them. Just that it’s starting to sound a lot more like a bandwagon-jumping PR exercise than a genuinely altruistic thing they are doing.
They should have done the speed upgrades and then said “Oh, hey there South Africa. We know you’re all stuck at home trying to get work and school done over the Internet. We like you all so much and want to help you out, so here’s a speed upgrade on us. You’re welcome.”

I have been wanting to paint my room for ages, and just never had the time.
Now I have the time but found that my window was leaking - so I have removed the bad paint, gotten rid of a tiny patch of black mould, now that it is dry, I am gonna level the area with polyfilla, sand it down, and then paint the wall today I hope maybe tomorrow. I also am re siliconing the windows inside and out to prevent this from happening again.
When the walls are done I will take the sanding paper and do the skirtings - sand them down, repaint. I am becoming a pro at this - using very little masking tape.

Having some extremely busy days:
4-6 am: job number 2 (play testing a game for money)
6-14.00: job number 1
15:00-17:00: job number 2 again
Sometimes I have energy to play something at night 
On leave next week, which means only job number 2 
PS: play testing as a job is nothing like playing games. It is creating and planning test cases, creating tickets, retesting fixes, pretty much the same as I do for job number 1, except the software happens to be a game.

Also, I should add, this is the kind of thing I do often, normally helping others out - I love painting, I hate the prep work tho.
But during this time of unease, I find it a great distraction, today I will leave my pc on, put Firefly on in the background and get this window done.
