Our project manager sent out a email this morning with the project schedule. We’re basically a month and a half behind schedule. Only going to ask for an extension once lockdown is over so that the delay can be quantified.

Yea our contractors are keeping score (at least its not the fucknuts we dealt with at Plein Street - that is a construction company that is scary bad - they are still fighting us on what quantifies as a true claim for extension of time. Since the work was done inside a building - nothing outside - rain days does not count. . . )
The Uni jobs at least we have done all the plans and changes and so on that has been asked so far. But now the site needs to be handed over (Handover was supposed to be the Wednesday before we shut down so no work has been done at all)

FYI - i just made the round ones, you need about 15g more cocoa powder than what they say. im waiting for it to cool now so i can dust them.

You should be able to do 3 batches with a can. I just did the one batch. I’m gonna make another batch tomorrow.

Slept badly last night but it was due to a sick doggo who kept waking me up to throw up, I ended up giving her a pill for nausea and one for stomach cramps - we have no idea what she ate to cause this tho.
Now to get ready to go for our weekly food shop
I want to make those truffles but the mother will not let me so you all have to make it and eat it for me!
