I dream of sleeping that late.
I love my mum but honestly cannot wait for the all clear from the doc. Her physio is already very happy with her progress, to the extent we are allowed to walk around the block with her crutches once a day and no crutches in the house.
But I am cravin one of those lazy days where you sleep till 11, make coffee get back in bed with a book and stay in a fantasy world for half a day.

Some good news for me today - the college is allowed to reopen with limited numbers of students, and strict sodist protocols. So I get a couple of extra contact hours from tomorrow already, which will help 
Bit of an odd feeling thinking about going back into a lecture room after 9-odd weeks away…

I wonder if someone can offer some assitance here.
My sons school has been charging me for transportation costs with his school fees, as usual. However since lockdown this service has been stopped/suspended. As a result I have refused to pay for the service as it is not being delivered, or not being used, simply due to the morals or ethics associated with it. How can I pay for something I am not receiving?
The description on the invoice is simply “Transportation” and their claim to charging for it is due to the upkeep and maintenance of said service. But the busses are standing in their yard.
As far as I know it is well within our right (the consumer) to refuse to pay for a service if it is not being delivered, am I correct in assumin this much? Pretty sure there’s something like that in the credit act anyway.
Now they have the cheek to hold back his report until arrears amounts are paid up.
Again, I’m not against paying it, this is simply a matter of the ethics around it. Or am I out of line?
