Had someone ask to help set up their new monitor they bought at Incredible Connection over the weekend. They sold them an HDMI cable with a VGA only display for their new laptop with no VGA port… Bloody imbeciles!

RE @murfle and @czc: I don’t know how salespeople at a store dedicated to computer tech can sell someone who isn’t technical gear without first checking that it’s the right gear. It’s literally the only reason they still exist and if they can’t get that right…
