You should set it up so that your QA dept takes all support queries, checks things out and only if they cannot solve/explain it, do they contact you as the dev.
Ultimately the QA testers should have to replicate the issues etc

We have a whole support team. Unfortunately all the stuff that came through today was because of custom stuff that were coded for people so support couldn’t help.

Sigh, I’ve been awake since 3am. Have a very stressful day. Very angry at my bosses. They want to demo my latest web app to our biggest client in the next couple of days. But the thing is in the middle of development. Just changed the database completely on Monday so nothing works yet.
But what can you do.
