Excellent. This is the start of good habits.
I was cold
I tend to stick to my 2 cups of coffee per day. Weekends maybe more. But I was cold today and wanted tea
That reminds me, I only had one coffee today…
gives water bottle an evil glare
I have had 1.5L of water today
I’ve only had 2 cups of rooibos today. But I just got some tafel for later.
I’m aiming for about twice that a day… It is definitely helping cutting out my countless mugs of sugar with a bit of milk and tea. I’m down 1kg already.
14kg to go
I drink about 2 - 3L day in general, and I have finally found a sugar substitute that I like
Which is that?
The only one I can stomach is stevia. But I do not like it in tea.
Thankfully I drink my coffee without sugar, so I’m switching back. I just won’t buy tea anymore. Dang lack of self-control
okay guys , coffee addiction is not a joke i decided to cut back to 1 cup a day, i legitimately had a “nap” that was almost an hour and a half because i couldn’t get up, i feel so drained as a side note i was drinking about 8 cups of caffeine a day normally
Hahaha ok I found the best way to cut back is to slowly phase it out - not all at once. Your body is addicted to it.
I didnt think it would be bad this time
Sucralose is artificial. So the point: “It contains no artificial ingredients” is erroneous since it is artificial itself.
Sucralos gives me stomach cramps, plus it tastes like crap imo.
@Donisia Just don’t go cold turkey. The migraines aren’t worth it I went from 6+ cups of tea/sugar a day to 1-2 coffees with just milk, and I am sooo thankful I am still in working condition (but I’m nodding off already. Might duck out early and squeeze in an hour and a half nap myself )
At this point at least I can stomach it, and using less of it every week. where as stevia and other options gave me either heartburn or stomach issues.
xylotol? How does that work for you?
Absolutely hate the taste, its ironic, I stopped smoking over 5 years ago now, now I have taste buds that makes my pickiness 10000000 times worse.
I used to be able to use xylotol and chillies, now both makes me run for the hills
Just the fact it is called Xylotol makes me steer clear…
Beer turns to sugar once you drink it. Thats my sugar intake.
I should probably cut that out of my diet too. Time to switch back to whiskey and water
