Given it’s winter and pretty cold indoors, I think that’s why it didn’t rise very much during proofing. As a result it is quite dense, but quite tasty, I do love me some bread.

Love a home made pizza, but I tend to over do it on the toppings and thus works out so expensive. Much like when I do Mac n Cheese or Nachos.
