After Gaming For 20 Hours, Man Could Not Walk

A man in Zhejiang Province, China had to be carried out of a net cafe after losing feeling in his legs following a marathon gaming session.

According to QQ (via Newsweek), the man didn’t take a break during a reported twenty-hour gaming session. When he tried to get up to go the restroom, he discovered he was unable to move from the waist down.

“It seems he had lost sensation completely and couldn’t move at all,” a friend is quoted as saying (via Newsweek). “We had to call for an ambulance.”

In a video posted to Chinese video platform Pear, paramedics can be seen carrying away the man, who keeps saying he wants to finish his game.

my Longest gaming session ever was 6 hours. Started at 10am finished at 4. I had just got a pc with Oblivion. I dont think I plsayed for the next 2 days, it sucked everything out of me.
No idea how people go all day.

I do 6 - 8 hours regularly on weekends but i do take breaks every few hours :stuck_out_tongue: lately I will go take a walk and get food and walk back home so I get some exercise at least.

Even as a gamer - I have to ask the question - how the flark do you game for so long?? I can manage like 3 hours at a time max.

give me a day off i could jam for 20 hours but i would need to get up for a toilet stop and food runs
