I put in the wrong values into my variables.
The answer is 73

Yes! 73 is correct.
There are 2 brooms, sneakily hidden and 2 wands.
Therefore the witch = 5 (3 x (5+3+7) = 45)
The wand = 7 (3 wands = 21)
The broom = 3 (4 brooms = 12)
3 + 5 x (2 x 7) = 73
