Battlefield 6

I kind of wish the classes had set weapon pools. Though I do like the new attachment or modding system.

I tried it. Played about 5 matches. And didn’t like it. I guess I’m not the target audience for this game.

They do. There is a class weapon lock mode but nobody (in beta) is playing it.

I tried it, maybe 3 or 4 rounds of conquest. I do like it! I was getting a lot of BF3 vibes. None of the maps had vehicle domination, there were lots of weapon placements that can take care of the vehicles, and the overall balance felt pretty good.

And it really is a pretty game!

I can see myself playing this a lot, but I just cannot justify a game that expensive :frowning:

Weekend 2 and all challenges completed, this BF is definitely a step in the right direction, I still think October release date feels too early. There are still some kinks that EA is going to have to iron out, I fell through the map once, me and my friends have experienced random lag spikes, sometimes matchmaking just leaves you in the post-match screen, I have seen streamers be left in a ā€œcrotch camā€ when matchmaking starts instead of actually going into loading. I guess you could argue that, that was the point of the open beta’s, to stress test server issues and things like this, would have still rather have seen this game release next year though.

Here’s to hoping it comes out on gamepass.

I’m getting the game, the open betas impressed me. Hope they include the bot matches of BF2042, its sometimes just nice to play or fool around without being constantly pwned.
My son and I also like to play coop in bot matches.

Let’s hope and pray its not as bug fulled as BF4 campaign was. Looks damn good though, can’t wait, especially that one tank section looks awesome

A return to form it seems, or at least we can hope.

yeah, when the video started, I was like err…ok. Then it happened and I was like ahhhhhh.
Really looking forward to the game, hope the game has the same ability to play bot matches, its just fun to play around or try things without going up against people that basically sleep in the game. Plus its a thing my son and I do regularly, load up bots and play coop against them.

That start also had me thinking this is a little cringe, but then the ā€œonly in Battlefieldā€ C4 Drone and kamikaze C4 Jeep had me smiling.
