Battlefield 6

I kind of wish the classes had set weapon pools. Though I do like the new attachment or modding system.

I tried it. Played about 5 matches. And didn’t like it. I guess I’m not the target audience for this game.

They do. There is a class weapon lock mode but nobody (in beta) is playing it.

I tried it, maybe 3 or 4 rounds of conquest. I do like it! I was getting a lot of BF3 vibes. None of the maps had vehicle domination, there were lots of weapon placements that can take care of the vehicles, and the overall balance felt pretty good.

And it really is a pretty game!

I can see myself playing this a lot, but I just cannot justify a game that expensive :frowning:

Weekend 2 and all challenges completed, this BF is definitely a step in the right direction, I still think October release date feels too early. There are still some kinks that EA is going to have to iron out, I fell through the map once, me and my friends have experienced random lag spikes, sometimes matchmaking just leaves you in the post-match screen, I have seen streamers be left in a “crotch cam” when matchmaking starts instead of actually going into loading. I guess you could argue that, that was the point of the open beta’s, to stress test server issues and things like this, would have still rather have seen this game release next year though.

Here’s to hoping it comes out on gamepass.
