Sunday funday! Or as we like to call it, Sunday
Morning everyone. Take it easy today. Enjoy the meetup all who’s going. Take lots of photos for us please.
Yeah, and each year they do better and better, I think since I couldn’t upgrade my PC this year I think I am going buy the bundle as well
So, @DieGrootHammer can probably share his experience from the meet-up. Suffice to say I didn’t even touch his present, but when I got home I was literally blowing glitter out my nose. Must’ve inhaled some of the stuff…
Is there some way to get a sort of map where we can pin our towns we in, optional obviously? Does anyone know of a site or something that can do that?
Google Maps? I’m pretty sure you can create pins and share the map…
There was some google maps thing when I did a coursera Python course.
can’t seem to add my own pin
Same here…
Try now I had it on view only.
Wow, shortest load shedding ever. Power went out at 20:00 as scheduled, but came back on 30 minutes later. By that time we already moved everything to the bedroom (bottles, measured milk powder, bottle warmer, emergency medication kit, baby) and got in bed. 10 minutes larer the lights come back on, but I’m too tired to get up and do anything else now.
Working like a charm now. Added my pin. See if it reflects on your side?
Yep, I see you now.
Are you using general areas?
or making it easier for people to stalk you
Mine is generalish. Its outside the Bedford Shopping Centre. Rather don’t be too specific.
Kewl lemme add meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
also had such a nice nap during loadshedding from 6 - 8 that I am gonna get coffee and climb back into bed with my book
Right, added myself
Ours went off at 16:00 as scheduled, did not come back at 18:30 as scheduled. Phoned Eskelm and they said because its stage 2, it will be 4 hours. I asked why that is not indicated on the schedule, the person said they had no idea. So I guess this is a new thing.
Power came back at 20:15.
Why did I think you were in Pretoria?
I always thought it was 2 and half hours max?
This is another reason to be happy to be in the cape and be freaken special - when you are at stage 2, we are stage 1.
