ugh Cell C are such sneaky bastards… when i signed up to their fibre i got a “free” LTE simcard which included 1gb of data for 12 months. now i am suddenly being billed for this simcard which i do not use(its stioll sealed in its packaging) cause my fibre has never been down… and to cancel this shit is so ridiculous. You cant cancel it over the phone as they can only process your request once they have received it in writing… Im actually considering canceling the fibre as well because of this sneaky shit

the fibre has been working fine, its just the sales person did not ever say that this sim card would end up in a contract. it was a freebie that they gave the customers when signing up with them

when i cancelled my cell contract with them 6 years ago i wrote them an email and then i also called afterwards to confirm that they received it then i asked for a reference number for that call
