my whole problem is:
You can take out a contract over the phone, but cant cancel the service over the phone… i mean you have verified all my details, now you tell me that they need it in writing in order to ensure that it is actually me that wants to cancel a contract.

thats ridiculous tbh, why do they need it for so long ? theyre replacing two parts its not as if they’re doing panelbeating on it cause all they have to do is match the colour, which is on the cars colour code normally in the manual or vin and fit the new parts, it takes less than 10 minutes to take off a bumper and the hatch probably an hour max to take off and fit the new one
Well that is the max time they said - so hopefully it will be faster - I have stopped asking questions to be honest. At least the parts have already been ordered.
blame the time limits on all the idiots on the road involved in accidents…the amount of cars at panelbeaters now a days is just ridiculous

Lol it’s sort of yes. We don’t have any real strict office attire rule. In fact most people come to work in jeans. But mine is in the wash, so had to make another plan.
I am lucky to be one of those “offsite employees”, wearing tracksuit, sweatshirt and warm socks… at home while working
Most people in the office dress relatively normal. Jeans, t-shirts, hoodies, etc… but you always have the exceptions and they always seem to be the very creative types.
Like the one person who occasionally wears what can only be described as a pink rabbit onesie. Or the Master Chief Helmet wearing motorcyclist
In Australia I was based in a shared office with a bunch of marketing and social media companies. Those people all wore the strangest things. Also saw the one day a girl with a onesie. Damn creative types!
