That is my suspicion, it looks like it all is active tho. It tells me that windows cannot access \shacap-pc (aka server)

For now I have a work around - I can see and connect to the server if i use the ip.
Sounds like a DNS issue or perhaps Network Discovery is not enabled?
Edit: Probably a DNS issue
