Anyone who can help with making an image black and white?

I want to paint something but to trace it onto the cloth, I need it in black and white and I can’t find one that looks like the one I want. (Its the original logo - as seen here: [download] [download] I specifically don’t want this, when I paint it, it will look like the first image. but my shaky hand can’t seem to draw it.
