Critical Role launched a Kickstarter campaign on Monday for an animated special featuring characters from its popular weekly Dungeons & Dragons live stream. The Kickstarter reached its $750,000 goal within an hour and has already raised over $5-million.

I know right, what scares me is when will they close it? Because they are almost on 6mil now? I know its expensive and all that but really, how much further can they push this fundraiser

If they wanted 750k for one episode maybe now they can do an entire series

Well considering they are making it an 88min “movie” now when they started with a 22 min one. I can see that, but I hope they will make more
