Yep. Changed a server Iā€™m the admin on to South Africa. Just need to test it out to see if itā€™s smooth sailing.

Changed my server this morning and ping is sitting around 27ms.

Oh now this is a nice surprise, my request actually got put in! Tested and getting 50ms Ā± in discord on my LTE.

join a voice channel and check the little ā€œ!ā€ in the voice tab.

I saw an email from Discord to announce that there is now a South African server. Yet another reason to use it.

I havenā€™t had a chance to test it out myself but Iā€™m assuming the delay should improve the comms a little. Iā€™m also curious as to how much it has ā€œimprovedā€.
