So Sunday night, power stayed on at 9pm when it was supposed to go out for 4 hours. 11:15 it went off for about 10 minutes.
Now today, we were supposed to go off now at 11am. It went off for about 5 seconds and came back on. Might have been caused by a power dip from lightning though…
Is it bad I was hoping load shedding would start so I could duck out and have a nap?
I had lots of fun the past couple of nights with the alarm at the office, its been driving me nuts, its not armed but the panic alarm keeps triggering. Finally got a tech to tell me what to do, so I go unplug the alarm - that was all she said I had to do, not 5 mins later they phone the panic alarm has gone off again. I ended up shouting at someone and they put me thru to another techie who finally told me to completely unplug the alarm.
Maybe I’ve been doing it wrong all my life, but my papa taught me right: whenever I remove dick from hole I completely remove dick from hole. First time. Every time.
It seems I have been breached, I have been getting a few emails of “new login” from some services. What is the best way to systematically change your passwords across many products or services?
Password manager. Go through all the services you have in there, use it as your checklist. Add 2 factor authentication to everything that has it. Send a Karen email (Kyle, in your case) to the services, that don’t have it, telling them how disappointed you are, that they don’t have 2 factor auth, and that you’re thinking of moving away to their competitors.
Protip: use 2 phones when you scan the 2FA QR code, and put the second one in a safe place.
Hope everyone is ok. I am really sick not flu or covid but something really serious and my mental health has gone so bad. I am falling apart. I’ve lost so much weight.
